We're Lee and Elliot, Husbands who recently went through the wedding planning process ourselves, like many couples we too unfortunately went through the dread of many postponed dates during the Covid year/s, but we finally got our Fairy-tale wedding in August 2022! Our entire wedding planning journey from venue searching, vetting suppliers, selecting our wedding party, themes, outfits and music and of course the many 'disagreements' on pretty much every small detail, made our big day so incredible special and worth it, but has also given us invaluable and precious experience we bring to our business. 

In terms of Over the Rainbow Weddings we couldn't be a better team, Lee brings experience of project management, and customer service. Responsible for looking after the couples to ensure their vision is met. Handling all the admin, meets with clients when required, is always at the end of the phone whatever hour of the day but also uses creative flair to bring new ideas to table. 

Elliot is the muscle and brings the ideas to life, spending most of his time in DIY stores and the workshop. He also attends the weddings on the day, making sure everything is positioned and laid out impeccably. 

We're always coming up with new themes, new packages and new items to hire, and incredibly proud of how much the business has grown over the last few years. We're active in the industry and often attend network events, trade shows, and wedding fairs, to both meet with clients but also for inspo for newness!

For us, the special little bits to be added to a venue should be ‘Quirky’ ‘Unusual’ ‘Creative’ and ultimately bring the ‘Wow factor!’ We know that planning a wedding can feel like a second job at times, so we try and make things as easy as possible for you. We are readily available for questions, concerns or advice, and have packaged up our most popular hire items to help you save money whilst keeping your supplier count to a minimum. Reliability is so important to us, and we do not over-commit ourselves with our bookings.
